Adultery

Adultery is defined as a married man/woman having sexual intercourse
with a party who is not his/her
spouse. Adultery evidence can also be established if there is a
proof of inclination and opportunity. |

Unreasonable Behaviour

- The behaviour of the respondent must affect the marriage and
spouse relationship.
- There must be proof of series of negative conduct and acts
of omissions.
- There respondent's behaviour, whether passive or active may
be taken into consideration.

Desertion ( At Least Two Years)

- The
respondent leaves the petitioner due to his/her unreasonable behaviour or belief of
committing adultery.
- The respondent is not considered as desertion if he/she leaves
